THE LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 200 
HIGH STREET AND RIDGWAY, LONDON SW19

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Merton, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general effects of this Order will be to introduce loading restrictions in the lengths of roads detailed in the Schedule to this notice at the times indicated. 3. Nothing in the Order will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform. 4. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan identifying the area affected by the proposed Order and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected during the Council’s normal office hours Mondays to Fridays at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey. 5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the Environment and Regeneration Department (Ref SGE) at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX, no later than 4 August 2006. Schedule Loading Restrictions operating between 8.00 am and 9.30 am and between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive. Ridgway, south-east side, from a point 24 metres south of the southern kerbline of Wimbledon Hill Road, south-westwards, to a point 6 metres north-east of the south-western flank wall of No 1 Ridgway. Loading Restrictions operating between 7.00 am and 10.00 am and between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive. High Street, Wimbledon SW19, North to South Arm, east side, from the southern kerbline of Wimbledon Hill Road, southwards, for a distance of 24 metres. 13 July 2006.
