PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 SECTION 70(8)

VARIATION TO THE BOUNDARY OF THE KINGSTON OLD TOWN CONSERVATION AREA - KINGSTON UPON THAMES

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 70(8) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, that on 20 June 2006 the Executive Committee of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames formally varied the boundary of the Kingston Old Town Conservation Area, in accordance with section 69 and 70 of the said Act. A plan showing the boundary of the new designation may be inspected at the office of the Director of Environmental Services, Guildhall II, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The properties that have been removed from the boundary are set out in the following Schedule: R Thompson, Head of Planning and Development for the Director of Environmental Services Guildhall II, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
