A Final Meeting of the Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the receipts and payments of the Company; and receiving a report on the progress of the liquidation. The Meeting will be held at the offices of ThorntonRones, 167 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4LF, on 16 August 2006, at 2.30 pm. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 15 August 2006, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
