LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act
1907, on 5 July 2006 Magnus Goodlad transferred the entire interest held by him in
IP Venture Fund (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with
number LP011416, to IP Venture Fund (FP) Limited Partnership and that with effect
from 5 July 2006 Magnus Goodlad ceased to be a Limited Partner and IP Venture Fund
(FP) Limited Partnership became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
