KENT INFORMATION FEDERATION

At an Extraordinary General Meeting, duly convened, and held at George Moor Hotel, St Michaels Road, Maidstone, Kent ME16 8GS, on 29 June 2006, at 2.00 pm, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That Kent Information Federation be wound up voluntarily, and that Keith Barry Stout, of KSA, 141 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1EY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding-up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by the person for the time being holding the office of Liquidator.” V J Reynolds, Director
