Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 6 Main Avenue, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2HJ, on Monday 14 August 2006, at 3.00 pm and 3.20 pm respectively, for the purposes of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the reports of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 6 Main Avenue, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2HJ, not later than 12.00 noon on 11 August 2006.
