A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of registered office, Station Approach, Old Thomas Lane, Broadgreen, Liverpool L14 3NA, presented on 8 June 2006 by Magnet Limited, of registered office Allington Way, Yarm Road Business Park, Darlington, County Durham DL1 4XT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 1 August 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
