A Petition to wind up Mr Graham Douglas Harris & Mr Barry Arnold Thrower (a Firm)
having its principal place of business at Station Road, Leziate, Kings Lynn, Norfolk
PE32 1EJ, presented on 21 May 2006 by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue
and Customs (formerly HM Customs and Excise), of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor NW,
Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will
be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19 July 2006,
at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support
or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors
in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 18 July
2006.
