Redemption or Purchase of Own Shares out of Capital

Pursuant to section 175 of the Companies Act 1985, notice is hereby given that:

1. The Shareholders of DNATA Travel (U.K.) Limited (“the Company”) passed on 27 June 2006, a written Resolution authorising the payment out of capital of a total of £1,000,000 for the purpose of the Company acquiring 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each from DNATA World Travel.
2. The amount of the permissible capital payment as defined by sections 170, 171 and 172 of the Companies Act 1985 was £1,000,000.
3. The Statutory Declaration of the Directors and the Auditors’ report, required by section 173 of the said Act, are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company situated at 3rd Floor, Gloucester Park, 95 Cromwell Road, London SW7 4DL.
4. Any Creditor of the Company may at any time within the period of 5 weeks immediately following 27 June 2006 (being the date of the above-mentioned written Resolution), apply to the High Court, under section 176 of the said Act, for an Order prohibiting the payment.
