CLOVER FUNDING NO. 1 PLC

In accordance with Rule 4.106, of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that Timothy John Edward Dolder and Nicholas Roy Hood, of Begbies Traynor (South) LLP, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company by the Members on 29 June 2006. Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 31 July 2006, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned Timothy John Edward Dolder and Nicholas Roy Hood, of Begbies Traynor (South) LLP, 32 Cornhill, London EC3V 3BT, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven. The Liquidators also give notice under the provision of Rule 4.182(A)(6) that they intend to make a Final Distribution to Creditors who have submitted claims by 31 July 2006 and that the distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven by that date.
