NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A STRUCTURE PLAN
THE KENT AND MEDWAY STRUCTURE PLAN
On 6 July 2006 Kent County Council and Medway Council adopted these proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the areas of Kent County Council and Medway Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 6 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
