NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A WASTE LOCAL PLAN
BOURNEMOUTH, DORSET AND POOLE WASTE LOCAL PLAN
On 30 June 2006 Bournemouth Borough Council, Dorset County Council and the Borough of Poole adopted the above Plan in accordance with the binding decisions of the Local Plan Inspector made in his report of 4 May 2006. The adopted Plan will form part of the Development Plan for the administrative areas of Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole. The Development Plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting these areas. Copies of the adopted Plan, together with the Inspector’s report, are available for inspection during normal office hours at: Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA; Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester DT1 1XJ; Borough of Poole, Civic Centre, Poole BH15 2RU; Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AZ; East Dorset District Council, Furzehill, Wimborne BH21 4HN; North Dorset District Council, Nordon, Salisbury Road, Blandford Forum DT11 7LL; Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham BH20 4PP; West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester DT1 1UZ; Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, Municipal Offices, North Quay, Weymouth DT4 8TA. Copies of the adopted Plan will be available for purchase from the Minerals and Waste Policy Team, Environment Directorate, Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester DT1 1XJ, Strategic Planning Services, Borough of Poole, Second Floor, Civic Centre, Poole BH15 2RU and Planning and Transport, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA, for the price of £20 (plus £3 postage and packing). The adopted Plan and Inspector’s report can also be viewed on www.dorsetforyou.com/wlp, www.boroughofpoole.com and www.bournemouth.gov.uk. Any person aggrieved by the adopted Plan who desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the Plan, may, within 6 weeks from 6 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
