THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200
WARWICK WAY/ALDERNEY STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions at the north-west corner of the junction of Warwick Way and Alderney Street near Dryburgh House. 3. The proposed Order, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone number (020) 7798 1975. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 5161/GM, by 28 July 2006.
