THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No  ) Order 200  would be to further amend the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No 1) Order 2004 and would be to alter the restrictions along sections of Lordship Lane between Boreham Road and Westbury Avenue. Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders of 2004. 3. Copy of the proposed Order and of the above-mentioned Order of 2004 (and Orders which have previously amended that Order, where applicable) and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the location and effect of the Order may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal office working hours at Highways Infrastructure Group, River Park House, 1st Floor (South), 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ. 4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Highways Infrastructure Group, River Park House, 1st Floor (South), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published.
