(t/a P P I Consultants) Notice is hereby given of our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to the non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 28 July 2006, to send their proofs of debt to Nicholas Roy Hood and Paul Michael Davis, the Joint Liquidators of the said Company, at Begbies Traynor, Calverton House, Tilers Road, Milton Keynes MK11 3LL, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
