Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Manchester M3 5EQ, on 1 August 2006, at 11.00 am, followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 11.30 am, for the purposes of showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of; of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account at Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Salford, Manchester M3 5EQ, not later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day. Finally, in accordance with Rule 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I can confirm that the funds realised have already been used and/or allocated for defraying the expenses of the administration, therefore there shall not be a distribution made to any class of Creditor in this matter.
