Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B & C Associates, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA, on 11 August 2006, at 2.00 pm, to be followed at 2.05 am by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company, for the purpose of receiving the final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
