In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No 3145 of 2006 In the Matter of BEAUTY CORNER LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company presented on 5 May 2006 by Icicle Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Ltd, 35 Stradbroke Grove, Clayhall, Ilford, Essex 1G5 5EP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19 July 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 18 July 2006.
