Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), has made an Order under Sections 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having effect by virtue of Sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986. This Order will come into effect on 6 July 2006 and the effect of the Order is as described in the proposal notice published in The London Gazette issue dated 31 May 2006. Any general enquiries regarding this notice should be made between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager, Commercial Transport Team, Heathrow Airport Limited, Second Floor, World Business Centre 2, Newall Road, Heathrow Airport, Hayes, Middlesex TW6 2RQ, or by telephoning 020 8757 5550, or by e-mail to martin_page@baa.com. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act, or of any regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court.
