(Company Number 01397625) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 9 Bridport Way, Braintree, Essex CM7 9FL, on 27 June 2006, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeremy Stuart French of Vantis Redhead French Limited, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” R J Ferdinando, Chairman
