DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP ON CONVERSION TO LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 36(2) OF THE PARTNERSHIP ACT 1890

The Partners of Beachcroft Wansbroughs, a firm of Solicitors regulated by the Law Society, give notice, in accordance with the above Act, that they have, with effect from 1 May 2006, commenced the dissolution of the Partnership following the transfer of the whole of the business and undertaking of the Partnership to Beachcroft LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England and Wales under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, and Company No OC317852. All new and existing business of the former Partnership will now be conducted by Beachcroft LLP.
