Notice is hereby given that Helen Timothe Phillips, of Phillips & Co, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, was duly appointed Liquidator of the Companies by Special Resolutions dated 23 June 2006.
