Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Campbell Crossley & Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 1DW, on Monday 31 July 2006, at 11.30 am and 11.45 am respectively, for the purpose of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and resolving that the Liquidator be granted his release. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Campbell Crossley & Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 1DW, not later than 12.00 noon, on Friday 28 July 2006. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
