Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Stowlawn Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Lees House, 21 Dyke Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3GD, on 16 August 2006, at 10.00 am, to receive the Liquidators’ report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidators should have their release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Lees House, 21 Dyke Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3GD, by no later than 12.00 noon on 15 August 2006.
