LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 11 May 2006, PPM Capital (Founder Partner) Limited transferred part of the interest held by it in PPM Capital (Europe) 2004 LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP10002, to Sebastian Kern (4.29), Guido May (3.57), Thessa Holl (1.43) and Peter Jansenberger (0.71) and accordingly PPM Capital (Founder Partner) Limited decreased its capital contribution by 10.
