NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region. Mr B Finch has applied for consent to discharge from Castle Drive, Praa Sands, Cornwall. The effluent will consist solely of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent discharging from a single domestic dwelling, into a stream leading to Praa Sands Beach.
