THE HAVERING (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) ORDER 1995 (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Havering propose to make the Havering (Off-Street Parking Places) (Special Parking Area) Order 1995 (Amendment No  ) Order 2006 under sections 35 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to convert Oldchurch Rise Car Park from a free car park into a pay and display car park. 3. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Havering (Off-Street Parking Places) (Special Parking Area) Order 1995 (Amendment No  ) Order 2006 and of the Council’s statement of reasons can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until 19 May 2006 at the reception of the Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD. 4. Persons wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds for it to C J Dooley, Assistant Chief Executive, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD (Ref JW), to be received not later than 19 May 2006.
