NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that two applications have been made to the Environment Agency by Mr Andrew Smith and Mr Nicholas Henrys for consent to discharge a maximum of 2 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage effluent to the Baker Lane Brook at OS National Grid Ref SK 5246 4964 from two domestic dwellings situated at Private Road, Greenwood Vale, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Regulatory Water Quality Team, The Environment Agency, Trentside Offices, Scarrington Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5FA, not later than 9 June 2006, quoting Ref CP/LT/84094/5. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
