1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The effect of the waiting Order would be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993, so as to:

(a) introduce waiting restrictions operative “at any time” on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this notice;
(b) introduce waiting restrictions operative between 8.00 am and
9.30 am and between 2.30 pm and 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during school term time on the lengths of street specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.

Details of exemptions from the restrictions for certain vehicles and persons, together with restrictions on selling or advertising in a restricted street are contained in the original Order of 1993.
3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, together with plans showing the effects of the Order and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, along with more detailed particulars of the Scheme may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesdays), until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN.
4. Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to TMO Services, 4 Snell Gardens, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 7SU, quoting Ref LBR/110, by no later than 18 May 2006.

Schedule 1
Colvin Gardens, both sides, between the north-eastern kerbline of Tomswood Hill and a point 10 metres north-east of that kerbline.
Tomswood Hill, the north-east side, between the south-eastern kerbline of Colvin Gardens and a point 10 metres south-east of that kerbline.
Schedule 2
Colvin Gardens, the south-east side, between a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Tomswood Hill and a point opposite the common boundary of the rear of No 106 Tomswood Hill and No 1 Colvin Gardens.
