NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A MINERALS AND WASTE LOCAL PLAN
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE MINERALS AND WASTE LOCAL PLAN 2004-2016

On 27 April 2006, Buckinghamshire County Council adopted this plan with modifications. The adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of Buckinghamshire County Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted plan are available for public inspection, free of charge, at the following locations and at the following times: Buckinghamshire County Council, Central Reception, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1UU, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday). Aylesbury Vale District Council, Customer Service Centre, Dept of Planning, Property and Const. Services, 66 High Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1SD, 8.45 am to 5.15 pm (Monday to Wednesday), 9.45 am to 5.15 pm (Thursday), 8.45 am to 4.45 pm (Friday). Chiltern District Council, Planning Enquiry Desk, Council Offices, King George V Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5AW, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Friday). The plan came into operation on its adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part 11 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 28 April 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
