STOPPING-UP OF FOOTPATH AT BLENHEIM CLOSE, WARRINGTON

Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 116 and Schedule 12 of the Highways Act 1980, an application will be made by Warrington Borough Council to the Magistrates Court sitting at the the Court House, Arpley Street, Warrington, on Tuesday 30 May 2006, at 10.00 am, for an Order authorising the stopping-up of the highway set out in the Schedule hereinafter contained on the grounds that the said highway is unnecessary. Schedule Description of Highway to be stopped up Part of that highway known as footpath fronting former properties 97-101 on Blenheim Close, Orford, Warrington approximately 27 metres north of the northern gable of former house number 97 Blenheim Close, in a south easterly direction to its termination outside former property at No 101 Blenheim Close, a distance of 63 metres which is shown coloured red on the plans deposited at the Palmyra House, Palmyra Square North, Warrington, and open to inspection there, free of charge, during the usual office hours, Monday to Friday. 27 April 2006.
