THE BEXLEY (BEXLEYHEATH TOWN CENTRE) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No  ) Traffic Order 200X would be to further amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) (No 1) Traffic Order 1994 so that: The residents’ parking bays in West Street (Broadway to Ethronvi Road) are removed and new residents’ bays are provided on the east side of the road. 3. Copies of the proposed Order, the Bexley (Parking Places) (No 1) Traffic Order 1994 (and the Orders that amended that Order; the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and a map which indicates the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in the Contact Centre, London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Pathy on 0208 308 7904. 5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic, Parking and Design Group, Wyncham House, 2nd Floor, 207 Longlands Road, Sidcup DA15 7JH, within a period of 21 days from the date of this notice. 6. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that in view of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
