Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above Company will be held at 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, on 31 May 2006, at 11.30 am, for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up and determining whether the Joint Liquidators’ should have their release pursuant to section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to RSM Robson Rhodes LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, by not later than 12.00 noon on 30 May 2006, together with a proof of debt, should you not have already lodged one.
