Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Richard Arnold, Gareth Arnold, Andre D’Ambra and Richard Howe, carrying on the business of Solicitors providing legal services, under the style or firm name of Arnolds Solicitors, has been dissolved as from 31 December 2005, so far as concerns Richard Howe who retires from the said firm. All debts owing by the said late firm will be paid by Richard Arnold, Gareth Arnold and Andre D’Ambra, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership, under the style or firm name of Arnolds Solicitors.
