In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No 1947 of 2006 In the Matter of ALLGARTH LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Granite Buildings, 6 Stanley Street, Liverpool L1 6AF, presented on 17 March 2006 by The Platform Company Limited, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2 2LL, on 10 May 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
