Interest: Leasehold. Title Number: Unregistered. Lease: A lease dated 6 January 1989 and made between (1) Kestrel Properties Limited and (2) Rovergarden (UK) Limited and (3) Rovera Resin SRL, which was assigned in or around 1992 to the Company. Property: The property situated at Unit 7, Stafford Cross Industrial Estate, Stafford Road, Wallington, Croydon, being the land comprised in and demised by the above-mentioned lease.
