Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator as to the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at St Andrew’s House, 18-20 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AJ, on 30 May 2006, at 11.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 29 May 2006 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
