In accordance with section 13(2) of the Dartmouth-Kingswear Floating Bridge Act 1988, notice is hereby given that the whole of the undertaking of the Floating Bridge authorised under such Act, was transferred on 31 March 2006 by Dartmouth-Kingswear Floating Bridge Company Limited to Dartmouth-Kingswear Floating Bridge Holdings Limited, both of Dart Marina, Sandquay Road, Dartmouth, Devon TQ6 9PH.
