Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Fergusson & Co Ltd, First Floor, 5-7 Northgate, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire BD19 3HH, on Friday 26 May 2006, at 10.00 am, 10.30 am, 11.00 am, 11.30 am, 12.30 pm and 1.00 pm respectively, to be followed at 10.15 am, 10.45 am, 11.15 am, 11.45 am, 12.45 pm and 1.15 pm respectively, by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
