NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL PLAN
EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN—SECOND REVIEW

On 30 March 2006, East Hampshire District Council adopted this plan with modifications. The adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of East Hampshire District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection at:

Planning Reception, East Hampshire District Council, Penns Place, Petersfield, Hampshire GU31 4EX, on Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Alton Information Office, 7 Cross and Pillory Lane, Alton, Hampshire, on Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm (closed 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm).
Whitehill and Bordon Information Office, Forest Community Centre, Pinehill Road, Bordon, Hampshire, on Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.45 pm (closed 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm).
Horndean Information Office, Tyfield House, Blendworth Lane, Horndean, Hampshire, on Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.

The plan proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 19 April 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
