THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200 
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE GREENFORD CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE TO INCLUDE JEYMER DRIVE, STANLEY AVENUE AND LINCOLN CLOSE

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council, in connection with the extension of the Greenford Station Controlled Parking Zone, to include Jeymer Drive, Stanley Avenue and Lincoln Close, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Ealing (Greenford Station) (Residents Parking Places) (Amendment No  ) Order 200  would be to: (a) introduce parking places for the use of residents and their visitors in Jeymer Drive, Stanley Avenue and Lincoln Close, Greenford; (b) provide that the parking places would operate between 10.00 am and 11.00 am and between 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive; and (c) provide that passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles, motorcycles and disabled persons’ vehicles may be left in a parking place without limitation on time during the controlled hours and that with the exception of motorcycles and disabled persons’ vehicles, a valid permit or voucher must be displayed whilst parked therein. 3. The general effect of the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No ) Order 200  would be to amend existing waiting restrictions or introduce new waiting restrictions that apply either 24 hours or during the controlled hours between 10.00 am and 11.00 am and between 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays in lengths of Jeymer Drive, Lincoln Close, Olympic Way (at its junction with Jeymer Drive only) and Stanley Avenue, Greenford. Note: Any proposed double yellow line restrictions applying for 24 hours will be confined to short lengths at junctions only. 4. Residents’ Parking Permits would be available at a cost of £25 per annum and business users’ permits available at a cost of £250 per annum. 5. Business Visitors’ Vouchers can be purchased at a cost of £1 per hour and Residents Visitors’ Vouchers can be purchased at a cost of 80p for use during two separate visits. 6. Borough-wide vouchers would be available to park in the zone for £1 per hour. 7. The Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 8. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Parkman, on 020 8326 3012. 9. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref ORD3287/sjc, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
