Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Friday 19 May 2006, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of: having laid before them an account, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of; and hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator, considering the following Resolutions: “That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 13 April 2006 be adopted, that the Liquidator be entitled to draw his Category 1 and Category 2 disbursements in full as detailed in the receipts and payments account to 13 April 2006 be adopted, that the Liquidator be granted his release, and that the Liquidator may destroy the Company books and records 15 months after the date of the Final Meeting.” A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
