THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 185) ORDER 2006
BOSTON GARDENS, BRENTFORD

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow, on 18 April 2006, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Amendment Order will be further to amend the Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977, so that waiting by vehicles in the lengths of Boston Gardens, Brentford, specified in the Schedule to this notice will be prohibited “at any time” throughout the week. 3. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 24 April 2006, together with a copy of the above-mentioned Order of 1977 and of a map which indicated the lengths of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at the Forms and Documents Counter at the Access Hounslow Main Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 4. Copies of the Order may be purchased from the Street Management and Public Protection Department, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
