convened, and held at 81 Burton Road, Derby DE1 1TJ, on Tuesday 11 April 2006, the
following Special Resolution was passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Brian Andrew Scott, of Johnson
Tidsall, 81 Burton Road, Derby DE1 1TJ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for
the purpose of such winding-up.”
