STOPPING-UP OF LAND ADJACENT TO 2 CAMBRIA CRESCENT, GRAVESEND

I am giving notice that the Kent County Council proposes to make an application to the Magistrates sitting at the Dartford Magistrates’ Court, Sessions House, Highfield Road, Dartford, Kent, on Friday 19 May 2006, at 10.00 am, for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 to extinguish highway rights on the grounds that they are unnecessary on land adjacent to 2 Cambria Crescent, Gravesend, as shown in black colour on the plan on deposit.
