WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application had been made to the Environment Agency by J W Phillips Will Trusts for consent to discharge 10.4 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the River Culm at National Grid Ref ST 1910 1570 from Burnworthy Manor and new dwellings at Burnworthy farm, Church Stanton, Taunton, Somerset TA3 7DR. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Tom Buckley, Regulatory Specialist (Water Quality), The Environment Agency, Exminster House, Miller Way, Exminster, Exeter EX6 8AS, not later than 31 May 2006, quoting Ref 203713. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
