NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application had been made to the Environment Agency by R Bray Restorations for consent to discharge 1 cubic metre per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing trade effluent to a tributary of the Cranny Brook at National Grid Ref SY 0437 9598 from Milestone Services, London Road, Whimple, Exeter, Devon. Proposed discharge: It is proposed to install a package sewege treatment plant to serve garage premises, industrial units and a vets practice. 1 cubic metre per day of treated sewage effluent will be discharged to a tributary of the Cranny Brook. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Brad Owen, Regulatory Officer (Water Quality), The Environment Agency, Exminster House, Miller Way, Exminster, Exeter EX6 8AS, not later than 31 May 2006, quoting Ref 203657. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
