Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of J M Marriott & Co, 12 Sun Street, Lancaster LA1 1EW, on 16 May 2006, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company shall be disposed of, and to determine whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at J M Marriott & Co, 12 Sun Street, Lancaster LA1 1EW, no later than 12.00 noon of the business day before the Meeting.
