BISHOPSGATE FRAMING GALLERY LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Taylor Fry, 70 Conduit Street, London W1S 2GF, on 5 May 2006, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act, that is, the nomination of a Liquidator, and the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. Proxy forms to be used for the purposes of the above Meeting must be lodged, accompanied by statements of claim, at the registered office of the Company situated at The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, not later than 12.00 noon on 4 May 2006. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that David Paul Hudson, of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company, and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Resolutions to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and Resolutions in respect of the payment of other costs and expenses including the basis on which these are charged or reimbursed. The Meeting may also receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Resolutions also to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution conferring upon the duly appointed Liquidator the powers contained in Schedule 4, Part I of the Insolvency Act 1986.
