At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 6 Cavendish Place, London W1G 9NB, on 7 April 2006, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Martha H Thompson, of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, Kings Wharf, 20-30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 3EX, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” N Alford, Chairman
